Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to cancellations and refunds for services and products offered by Ingenxt Technologies LLP (“Ingenxt”). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any services or products from Ingenxt.

Services:

  • Web Design & Development: Due to the custom nature of web design and development services, Ingenxt does not offer refunds once the project has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, initial design concepts, development work, and revisions based on client feedback.
  • Other Services: For other services offered by Ingenxt, the cancellation and refund policy will be clearly communicated to the client in the service agreement or proposal.

Digital Products:

  • No Refunds: Ingenxt does not offer refunds for digital products such as themes, plugins, or other downloadable content due to the intangible nature of these products. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.

Exceptions:

  • 7-Day Return Policy for Physical Products: Ingenxt offers a 7-day return policy for any physical products purchased, such as merchandise or hardware. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers must contact Ingenxt within 7 days of purchase to initiate the return process. Shipping costs associated with returns will be borne by the customer.

General Provisions:

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Ingenxt via email or registered mail.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Ingenxt reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
