Service scope for each project is defined in the proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with the client.
3. Payments & Billing
Payment must be made in advance for all services unless otherwise agreed.
Digital advertisement cost (ad spend) is to be paid separately and is non-refundable.
We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, or other approved methods.
GST or additional taxes may apply as per government rules.
Delayed payments may result in service interruption or delay in project delivery.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate information required for services.
Supply content, images, and necessary access (website, social media, business accounts).
Ensure provided assets do not violate copyright or legal guidelines.
Approve drafts and creatives in a timely manner.
Ingenxt will not be responsible for delays caused by missing materials or late approvals.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital and creative services:
No refunds will be provided once the project or advertising campaign has started.
Ad spends paid to Meta, Google, YouTube, etc., are non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected].
Refunds may be considered only in cases of service failure caused solely by Ingenxt.
6. Service Timelines
Project timelines depend on:

Client requirements
Quick approval of content, creatives, and access
Delays caused by clients will extend delivery times.

We do not guarantee:
Sales
Specific leads
Specific ROI
Market response
Conversion numbers
Ad performance depends on:
Market trends
Industry competition
Budget
Creative quality
Customer behavior
Target audience strength
We do guarantee professional execution and daily optimization as per industry standards.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All creatives, designs, videos, logos, and materials created by Ingenxt remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of mutually agreed deliverables transfers to the client.
We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
9. Third-Party Services
We use third-party tools like:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
YouTube
WhatsApp API
Hosting providers
Payment gateways
We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ingenxt Technologies LLP is not liable for:
Loss of revenue
Business interruption
Missed opportunities
Damages caused by misuse of services
Issues caused by client negligence
Third-party service failures
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
11. Confidentiality
We keep all client information confidential and do not share it with third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.
